President: RUBEN AYALA

Over 30 years of experience in the towing industry and Serves as Chaiman. Also President of Riverside Community Parks Association, a community base organization designed to offer programming to residents in the community

Over 26 years of experience in the towing industry and Serves as the "Vice Chairman". And in the absence of the Chairman shall preside at all Board meetings, appoint committee members, and perform other duties as associated with the office.

Vice President: Jerry Kohutek

Kevin Shilyan has extensive experience in the towing industry and since 1980 he has provided excellent service to the community and law enforcement services.

Treasurer: Kevin Shilyan

Over 44 years of experience in the towing industry and Serves as the organizations "Advisor / Consultant". Aids in strategic and legal planning and implementation.

Advocacy Executive Officer: TIPPY AYALA

Statewide Towing & Recovery was established in 1986 with two trucks and two drivers with the office in a trailer. The original owner is still the owner and has been in the towing business since 1979. We now have 27 trucks, four offices with gated yards and a full staff of drivers, dispatchers and office personnel. Most of our staff and our drivers have been with us for over 10 years.
